It’s good

We had lunch at Meddlesome Moth on Saturday. We split an order of the Thai mussels and many pours of Belhaven. The broth was spiked with red curry and coconut milk which made a great pond for sopping our bread. Really, you could make an entree for splitting if you simply added another loaf of bread. We being the gluttons that we are could not stop after the mussels. We shared the fish and chips which had a hint of waffle or even funnel cake flavor to the batter and Joanne’s Perfect Lunch. It truly was the perfect lunch and exactly as the menu describes; Heirloom tomatoes, cottage cheese and cracked pepper. I have been wanting to recreate our lunch since the weekend.
