Brussell Sprouts

What is it with brussell sprouts? Do you love them or hate them? I’ve yet to give them a tatse. There are some pretty good looking recipes out there that look worth a shot. They have been given a bad rep for so long. Do they deserve a chance?

  1. LOVE them- halved and roasted with a little olive oil, then drizzled with balsamic. Or sauteed with bacon. But maybe they’re an acquired taste?

  2. I’ve roasted them with just olive oil, salt and pepper. MMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

  3. It sounds like I need to give them a whirl. I was thinking of a gratin that I saw posted on another blog (similar to that of Tyler Florence). I’m going to present at Thanksgiving and see how it goes.

  4. I like them, but Hub doesn’t. He says they have a metallic taste. I haven’t had them with bacon. Sounds good, though.
